You have to wipe it off

It works like the name says: for a quick clean. Personally, it's impossible to be wipe free because of milk residue that doesn't come off or dissolve with the application of the santizer.

Pros

It's a great option for moms who are traveling and don't have access to a sink or hot water for washing.

Cons

The sanitizer may not be effective at killing all strains of bacteria
