Review on 🖨️ High Yield HP 83X Toner Cartridge in Black for LaserJet Pro M201dw & M225 Series by Dhoal Black

IMPORTANT: See attached picture of units 83X and 83A. If your printer is not listed on the 83X box (below in the white section), DO NOT purchase this cartridge. As many other reviews have pointed out, they are not fully interchangeable. Please make sure your printer is compatible with this toner before purchasing, or at least test it once you receive the toner so you don't miss a return date. Ignore what Revane says in Frequently Purchased. Chapter. I am using an HP LaserJet Pro M225dw MFP. Other than that, this high performance toner has worked great for me. I'm a graduate student and I print a lot of academic papers for research and teaching, so my printer sees a lot of work. The picture I've attached shows my last toner cartridge at the end of its life. The official estimate is 2200 pages, but as you can see I've printed 2751 from this particular cartridge (as of this review) which gives me about 550 pages more than I expected. To this point, all pages have printed crisp black text and have not faded. Shortly after printing this report the toner started to discolour, so I estimated the actual yield of this cartridge to be around 2775. The last time I used a regular CF283A cartridge I think my yield was around 1600 pages, so for my personal comparison, I was able to get about 1000 pages more than the CF283X. The toner was installed within four months and has worked great the entire time. All in all a great purchase. Yes, it's more expensive than regular "compatible" cartridges, but I find original HP to be worth the price.
