Basically everything is fine, but for me the very high holes for the VESA mount are crucial. If you plan to mount it on a monitor stand, you may find that you cannot mount the monitor at the correct height. As for me, after installing it on the monitor arm, I could not mount the monitor high enough since the monitor sits on the VESA mount (due to the high position of the 4 screw holes on the back of the monitor).
