I love this food! Ideally I would like my dog to be fed a raw diet but right now I can't so I give him this food as a compromise. My biggest compliment to this food is that my dog no longer has that "doggy smell" just eating this. If I give him seed treats (I won't do that again once they're all gone!), the smell will come right back. That's great. I've always wanted a dog but I can't stand that dog smell so I'm so glad there's an easy solution to this problem. Dogs should not eat grain! I also feed him this treat food: OurPets Smarter Toys Interactive IQ Treat Ball Toy Dog (colors may vary) and the pieces are perfect for that. When I got it it smelled like dog and was on a different brand of food that contained grain. He never felt like eating it, and some days he ate almost nothing. Once that meal was over, I switched to Wellness CORE (slow shuffle!). Now he's crazy about this food and like I said, no dog smell!
