Best Features/Benefits: What I love most about this lock is the combination feature. It's so simple and easy to remember. I also like how the numbers on the padlock rotate and click into place clearly. There is a small question as to what number you are on or if you have numbers for a toggle switch. Worst Features/Benefits: Is the spool too tight on the chain when you take it out of the box? That's so petty because there really isn't anything to complain about with this lock. Build Quality: Feels solid from all angles. The outer part of the lock appears to be a little plastic (it is plastic) but the inside is definitely metal and that allayed my fears when I encountered resistance. The chain has a nice rubber coating so that your hands are not strained when putting the chain on. Other Notes: Good length. I was able to completely wrap the front wheel once and also go through the frame of the bike without any problems. Instructions: The instructions included in the package were clear and concise, providing step-by-step instructions on how to set up the lock. . Very simple and easy to follow. Best Use Case: Best for locking your bikes, scooters or other items that require little security. Difference from competitors: numbers on the toggle switch, the process of changing the combination and smoothness. The lock/unlock process really sets it apart from the competition. Would I buy it again or recommend it to a friend? Of course I love how the lock and chain feel in my hand and around my bike. If we add another bike to the collection we will definitely come back to buy one of these.
