I only buy UL or ETL certified chargers because these chargers have been tested by a third party to meet the listed specifications and most importantly for safety. This charger from Syncwire is ETL certified and clearly visible on the packaging and on the charger itself. I don't have a USB port tester to check output voltage/current, but the charger draws 20.3 watts of input power when energized my smart socket is plugged in. charge my ThinkPad laptop. Fast charging my Samsung smartphone and normal charging of all my USB devices. This is impressive considering the charger is roughly the same size as Apple's 5W charger. One of the reviewers mentioned issues with the warranty registration process. I registered my product through their website to extend my warranty without any problems.
