This is exactly what you need when hanging a shelf on a glass shower stall. Very easy to assemble - you will need a smaller Phillips screwdriver to do the job. I would say that two towels placed on the top and bottom horizontal shelves are all you need to get your towels dry. If you try to put one on the middle shelf, three will back up and not dry properly. The second photo shows that I placed two felt pads on the bottom of the vertical supports to keep them from hitting the glass. The third picture shows how you can put mounting screws through the top bracket to attach the rod to the top shower frame to keep it stable. Otherwise you would need two hands to remove the towel and the rod would not want to detach from the overhead shower frame. Pull the towel with one hand and support the stand with the other. This is a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this to everyone.
