I'm 1.60m and usually wear M/L with pants. Reviews of how awesome they are made me buy them anyway. I LOVE HER. Super super soft, not a bit see-through and very flexible. When I first put them on I did a few lunges and squats to really check the seams and everything stayed hidden and hidden. Some of the other leggings I bought couldn't handle this and I could hear some of the threads snapping. Not with these pants! I ordered L/XL because I wanted them to be super high waisted and I'm not disappointed at all. I probably could have done S/M but I'm very satisfied. Only flaw (other than pockets) I see are the lighter colors (olive green for me) 100% show any kind of sweat or moisture My dog sniffed me and his nose left a visible line (see nose print and how stretchy they are) , so I know hard training in light colors will show up accurately, but dark colors will completely hide sweat and moisture. Highly recommended!
