I like that they are able to understand what is going wrong in your organization and how you can fix it. They have been very helpful when trying to figure out why we keep getting hacked or compromised. The support team has always been great at responding quickly and helping us get back up and running again! Nothing really. Sometimes it's hard to know if something is working well enough until after some time passes. That being said, there isn't anything I dislike about them. Definitely recommend using their services. Their expertise helped us improve our network security so we could feel more secure knowing that our data was protected from hackers.
