The cushioning is sufficient, but not outstanding. After a few runs, however, we noticed that the shoe's cushioning was going flat, which might not bode well for those who prefer a lot of support. The lacing system is also a bit mixed. Being able to adjust the fit is great, but the laces tend to untie during your run. We had to keep stopping and re-tying them, which can be quite frustrating. The Bandit is designed for growing feet as it has a roomier toe box, but unfortunately the same cannot be said of the overall size. We strongly recommend going one size up to ensure a comfortable fit. All in all, the Under Armor Girls Grade School Charged Bandit3 Ombre Trainers are a great choice for young athletes looking for a stylish yet functional shoe.
