To say my cat is fickle in her beds is an understatement! I bought several beds and donated them all. When I found this one, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it. My boy LOVES IT! I LOVE IT! I bought a smaller bed. A discussion ensued about the suction and will it survive? Well the suction power is great! He has no problem holding a 15 pound cat. It was easy to put together, but remember that one of the 90 degree bends has a nipple hole, that end of the pipe runs along the long front edge of the bed (direction not clear). The fabric base acts like a hammock and provides comfort/security. BEST when not in use the base folds up so I can still use my blinds. I have recommended it to several friends and am planning to buy a second one.
