I wanted a slightly cheap reel stand that was easy to move around and this is really the only good option. It's not bad, however, but it's not perfect. The build quality is excellent. It's very heavy and stable and I don't think anything will break that easily. My Thrustmaster TX mounts perfectly, so there's not much more to say about it. The only gripe I have is that the stand can get in the way. I have the Thrustmaster TX 458 Italia version that comes with 2 pedals. With a bar, I find the only comfortable way to ride is to put your right foot on the gas and your left foot on the brake, which doesn't work in real life. and really detracts from the "simulation" experience, not to mention it makes it more complicated because you have to fight your instincts. I assume it's not an issue with 3 pedal setups, but I don't have one so I can't say. Problem with the pole, I'm happy with the purchase. It's a fair price and a solid product.
