I have a 2nd generation Apple Pencil. I put the case on, unscrewed the top and started drawing. I'm not crazy or anything - I mean I don't push hard when I write or draw. Within about. twenty or thirty minutes? The little internal plastic claw that holds the pencil in place was a little fiddly. I started wiggling the front end of the pencil a bit. It probably won't bother anyone just taking notes or something, but if you're an illustrator or digital artist on your iPad? I would skip it. Speaking of how to hold the case, it's made of very, very hard, shiny plastic. That means 0 grip and 0 comfort. Yes, it's cheap, but a matte finish can at least improve grip, you know?
