Edit: I accidentally dropped it on concrete from about 5ft and the base coat chipped off creating a dent in the metal. It still holds water, but now it's an uneven fit and I'm concerned about further enamel chipping. Stanley: Put a steel back on it (all your enameled items). I use this product all day, every day (except for dinner with my family of course). The straw doesn't make any annoying noises in the cup while driving, it fits in my cup holder, holds plenty of water and, true to the Stanley brand, keeps a constant temperature. The only suggestion I have to the manufacturer (and it wasn't much of a problem to upgrade to 4 stars maybe 4.5) is to put a straw holder on the outside of the cup so I put it on when I need to close it I didn't have to find a random spot to place the straw
