I purchased this product from Elaia Beauty LLC and when I first received it I was missing the little black plugs which made my experience really horrible as I was losing a lot of my expensive organic castor oil, since I rub the brush on the tube enough time to control the amount! This was sealed and felt great with the bonus oil I got :) It was such a nice touch and I couldn't be happier for their great customer service and nice surprise.
