While I'm perfectly happy with the updated iPad Air, I'm disappointed that the charger isn't working and I don't see a way to replace it it simply with a defective accessory. Instead of sending back the whole package with the broken charger I was forced to just buy a new one. It would be nice if there was an option for a partial refund and/or requesting a replacement under the return option in the future.
