I have had another branded USB hub for several years. I have a number of external USB hard drives and flash drives plugged in that get disconnected frequently. I would have to disconnect and reconnect drives to get them working again. Decided to replace it so I found this 10 port USB hub at Revain after looking at a few others. It came the same day as ordered. I replaced my old hub with this one. Wow! All discs were immediately available and absolutely no problems. At first the 2 ports didn't seem to work, but I quickly realized that when I placed the hub I had mistakenly pressed the 2 port buttons and turned them off. A quick press on both and the devices were immediately available. I love the fact that if for some reason I have a drive problem I can just press the port button and power cycle it instead of having to unplug and plug the USB cable back in. I only recently got this center but so far I like it. Very high-quality workmanship, feels solid, well packaged. I highly recommend it!
