Poor quality, almost does not charge

This solar panel hardly charges the camera. Although the panel is exposed to direct sunlight for most of the day, it actually only charges the camera for an hour or two, maybe 5%. It still needs to be charged in some other way. The wall bracket is also not very high quality and is difficult to screw on. Instead, I connected the camera to an extension cord.
