Bag broke 2 months to the day I bought it

When we received the bag, within the first couple of weeks the bag got a rip on the front pocket.
We taped it together. Then today 2 months to the day the top of the bag ripped on the back where the straps are.

Pros

It only lasted 4 months.

Cons

Bag is used for work. Serves the purpose I need it for.

I have to use a clear backpack for work and this one is great! I love how spacious it is and the side pockets are definitely a plus. :)
