I like that it is easy for people who are not technical or computer experts to learn how to navigate this system because there isn't much you have to know before using your first page! There really aren't any downsides other than some pages do look outdated but nothing too major either. If anyone wants an online store management software with great customer service then definitely consider purchasing one from them as they will be able to assist if anything goes wrong when creating orders etc. We needed something simple where we could manage our inventory without having to hire someone else every time things changed so far this has worked out perfectly well. The biggest benefit being all employees can access at anytime which saves us money by reducing office costs compared to hiring additional staff members each day/weekend shift changeover periods.
