I didn't even know something like this existed! I buy our rice in bulk in 25 pound bags and HATE the attempts (and failures) at keeping the bag closed, let alone the way the bag looks in the kitchen. (Stupid I know but I don't have a lot of storage space so it's worth it.) It fits perfectly on my countertop under the shelves, keeps the rice dry and saves me worrying about bugs etc and still looks chic! The dispenser gives you 150 grams, which is just under a full cup of rice, and is easy to control with the push of a button. Make sure all the rice is cleaned before releasing the button so you have a full container! One thing I didn't understand is that the instructions were wrapped around a small metal tube that isn't referenced anywhere. What is that? It's a secret! Maybe it was a free gizmo day and I won! Can you tell I'm happy about that? I am very sure. I cook a lot of Asian and East Asian dishes and rice is a staple at our house, this will definitely take away the muttering of bad words I used to say while pulling out a bag of rice!
