Media could not be loaded. I really like this ring. I've had it for a few days now and can really see that it's helping. I've been pulling eyelashes and biting my lips for about 12-14 years. And with COVID, I really don't want to touch my face. So, I've been wearing this ring for four days now. I started wearing it on my index finger and the sandpaper-like coating was nice, but it rubbed my middle finger and was painful. I've moved it to my thumb, which I think works better with my anxiety habit and doesn't rub my other fingers. It's also a bit noisy. I can be a little shy when I use it with others (tried to show it in a video I attached). I could imagine buying many more of these different colors. I wish there were more smooth ones like this one.
