Great to use immediately after contact sports
I use them right after BJJ to kill bacteria/prevent facial breakouts before going home/shower. This helps a lot to prevent/reduce breakouts. I get cystic acne and also have the potential to contract tinea or staph from contact sports. It has helped protect my skin. =
