Many years ago I had a product like this, but I lost it. I was looking for a replacement, not sure if my expectations were too high or if like others it was totally bombed. at the bottom of the refill bottle and the one I filled with. While trying to figure out why it wasn't filling properly I noticed the white rubber gasket was falling out, I used a bobby pin to push it back hoping that would solve the problem. Unfortunately it isn't. So I have a refill bottle about 1/8 inch full and will not refill it again. If I can figure out how to fix it or get it working I'll update it. At this point I am quite disappointed and frustrated.
