I have replied to every letter. AND I ALREADY LEAVE A REVIEW. THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY REPLY THAT IT WAS HACKED UPON RECEIVING, ONLY SENT THE OBSERVED INITIAL LETTER. THIS GETTING ANNOYING. NO. THAT MAKES ME ANGRY. After reading and researching many reviews, I bought this shower head. We live in a very rural area with hard well water. Our water pressure dropped to a trickle. I liked the Microban technology and the ability to use both or one of the shower heads. Pros: The water pressure is amazing! It's fun to play with the extra shower features. Adjustable shower heads are great when there are people of different heights in the house. Cons: My husband removed the old shower head as soon as he received it and threw it in the trash. Installation was very easy and took just a few minutes. THEN...he noticed it cracking. :( It must have happened at the time of delivery. Our only options then were: A. Fish the old one out of the garbage, reinstall, send it back and wait for a replacement showerhead. B. Don't fish the old one out of the garbage. , go back and waiting for replacement and shower without C. Live with a crack. We chose C. My advice: buy this shower head. Inspect it BEFORE THROWING AND INSTALLING THE OLD ONE. If everything is ok, enjoy your new one pleasant shower experience.
