As a chiropractor, I really like the idea of these prism glasses that can help you maintain proper posture while reading a book while sitting, lying down or watching TV. that the temples (the part that encloses your skull on the sides - above the temporal bone) do not open wide enough to accommodate an adult head. Now I don't have a big head (at least not in the literal sense). I've tried changing the hinges by melting the plastic part to make it open wider but to no avail. Because of the tight fit on the head, the lenses curve inward, distorting the field of view (almost like a fisheye lens), causing eyestrain. My friend has another pair that fit great and don't distort the lenses. They strain your eyes. So if you are not a kid, shop elsewhere.
