Nice design but poor quality
I bought this backpack for my daughter and after 3 months of EASY use the fabric started to unravel at the seams. This is a nice design but very poor quality. I have sent a message to the seller suggesting that it may be due to usage. I have sent photos of the damaged areas but have not received a response from the seller. My eldest daughter now has a backpack from another manufacturer which she has been using for four years with no problems.
