Update: The seller contacted me almost immediately after posting my first review. They went out of their way to solve my problem with their product. They sent me some fixes to try out as well as instructions on how to correctly map the controller to my specific emulator and a new controller to try out. I'm happy to report that this controller works better with the instructions provided. The build quality still falls off a bit, but it's better than the two originals I ordered. Fortunately, the seller's customer service is amazing. Solve problems quickly and very helpful. For these reasons alone, the controller is worth trying. The controller only works for a short time. Even if it works, it stops working mid-game. The buttons are all loose and the build quality seems poor, even at $12. I would leave 1 star but I doubt my RaspberryPie could play a role if the controller isn't responding. Anyway, the quality is terrible. I bought two and they both have the same problem and I'm sending them back.
