To be honest I wasn't sure what a sweat braid was. I wanted to try this; it must be better than the heavy cotton I wore. I tried it with my morning cardio and my shirt got wet! .So that's what it means! . This allows sweat to penetrate the material more easily. The shirt also dries quickly. The shirt is light and airy. I have noticed that I stay cooler than with any other t-shirt. It's a win for me because I'm warming up naturally. I recommend this for those who like more energy to speed up their workouts or those who want to stay warm.
