This wallet exceeded my expectations! It's amazing and worth every penny. Every piece inside and out is definitely leather. It has not a single flaw, it feels like silk in the hand. The haircut is perfect. The zipped compartment opens when the wallet is closed and my iPhone (5s) fits in perfectly and is so accessible from there. The zip is strong, it has a nice and strong clasp, both in shiny brass. The picture ID doesn't have a plastic cover (which is usually taped to the inside of the ID) but instead has a mesh material that's a bit darker than the regular clear plastic, and I think that's going to make it harder for those who happen to be around you to view your personal information. I can put 21 credit cards in the slots provided. I can put a checkbook in my wallet and it still closes easily. It has a slight odor which I think will dissipate over time, it's not objectionable in any way. I may order a second one when this wears out after many, many years. There isn't a wallet in the best stores in the US that can compare to this wallet. It is made in China. I ordered an RFID blocked wallet (with or without RFID), but the wallet doesn't say it has built-in RFID blocking. That's my only concern. I emailed the seller to make sure it was RFID.
