This blanket is a must have for anyone suffering from anxiety. The feeling of it wrapping around you like a hug is a feeling I can't describe until you try it. The material it's made of doesn't make me sweat in the middle of the night. So if you love to sleep and want to try a weighted blanket, this is for you. If you tend to get cold or chilly at night, don't worry, this blanket is for you too. This duvet has a duvet cover and is fluffy and comfortable (although I didn't use it the first night; I'll give it a try when it gets a bit colder). The glass beads stayed in place as far as I could tell and didn't migrate to the outside of each pouch. My first criticism of this duvet is that I'm a small person (5ft 5in and 100lbs) and while I slept great on it I feel that £15 for a duvet is more for a heavier person in my opinion are. There should be more options to get smaller weighted sizes or maybe I should order a child size. In any case, I'm doing a great job trying to roll over. And my final criticism of this comforter is that I ordered a queen size comforter thinking my husband and I could both be underneath it. Well it didn't quite work. I rolled this duvet straight out of the box onto the bed and I knew it wasn't going to work. It fits in the bed, but there's no extra headroom on the sides. If we tried to sleep like this, one of us would be left without a blanket for the night. I get incredible sleeps with him. Try it, you will.
