Poor quality watch
Ordered this for my wife for Christmas. Within a month she wore it maybe 4 times (maximum) and one of the watch hands fell off. We called and spoke to a company representative who was unhelpful. He told us it was normal "wear and tear" and basically my wife's fault for wearing it too roughly? Again she wore it maybe 4 times. We ended up contacting Michael Kors ourselves and they were very helpful and fixed the issue free of charge. I will never order from this company again!
