Revainrating 5 out of 5

Changed my rating to Best Sous Vide Machines

I have changed my original estimate. . I have to admit I was in a hurry and impatient when I introduced them. I hope they didn't affect anyone. . .First of all, I am completely satisfied - for several reasons: This stove is SILENT! I have an old stove (5+ years old) that worked fine until recently. It got so loud it kept me up at night. The keys were too sensitive - and it didn't have any of the "bells and whistles" that this one has. these properties. The chef's instructions are clear if you follow them, which I didn't! So far at Kitchen Boss, I've cooked a thick pork chop - a large boneless chicken breast - a beef steak that would be super tough cooked normally, and a top round beef roast - was tender and delicious. The stove is so quiet and slow I thought it wasn't working - WRONG - the water circulates better than my previous stove. The chef was very helpful in answering my questions.

Cons
  • Approximately
