The best part about pterodactyl (or any of its forks) is that it has been around for years now so you know there's already an ecosystem out there using this awesome software! And I don't mean just one or two people who have used something else but rather many thousands of players worldwide use their services because they can trust them completely.
There are some things we'd love more like support for custom plugins etc., however those features aren't important enough atm as long as everything works well otherwise. We're running over 40 different games online from our own website which uses mostly webhooks/incoming requests via API calls to send us notifications when certain events happen such as new player joining etc..
