Review on 🍱 Bentgo Classic - Stackable Bento Lunch Box Set - Modern Design with 2 Containers, Built-in Utensils, Nylon Sealing Strap - Purple by Karen West

I like it, don't get me wrong, but I think I expected more. It's a neat system, comes with paraphernalia which my son loved but I think I thought it would all "snap" into place which it doesn't, it's held in place with tape but it can sometimes lead to an awkward placement of everything. The inner compartments are also very small. I pack mini potato bun sandwiches for my son's lunch and they need to be flattened to fit in the lower, larger compartment. Since it doesn't "click" either, fruits and vegetables are exposed to the air and lose their freshness without being wrapped in plastic and then placed in a bengo box. All in all a bit disappointing. I wish I spent that much on the whole system, now we use a lunch bag and just pack lunch bags in there with no real box. Too bad. *UPDATE* After posting this review, I received an email from this company stating that they would offer me a full refund for the boxes I ordered provided I remove my nasty review. You are joking. Here is an excerpt from their email: "We stand behind our products and take customer satisfaction very seriously. We would like to offer you a full refund for the 2 bentgo lunch boxes you purchased. In order to process your return, we ask that you remove your Bentgo review from Revain. Once you've removed a review, send us a message and we'll promptly issue a refund for you. "What a terrible company, you can keep your $30. I will uphold this review and donate their crappy boxes to goodwill.
