I'm disappointed too and am returning my A7R IV for exchange. The camera does not focus properly. Misses over 80% of shots. Regardless of ISO, shutter speed, aperture, lens, eye tracking, spot focus, tripod, etc., the camera misses almost every shot. Although the autofocus is much slower, my Sony A7R works better. UPDATE: Changed to 3 stars: I received a replacement A7R IV and the focus problems are gone. There is a real problem with this model that is not focused on a few units. Check dpreview or other forums. If you have problems with your device, replace it!
