I saw an advertisement for this product and was hesitant to buy it but one day I jumped on it and I love it! I usually skip instructions, but after spilling some water and getting no results, I read the instructions and realized I was doing it wrong (laughs). After setting it up correctly, everything worked. I only wish I could buy more brush handles because I realized that it would be easier to put the collar (which connects to the wand) on and off if my makeup brushes had a silicone tip without the silicone tip a replacement problem would be brushes. The rest works great!
