My only real complaint is with the suction cup. My stand is placed on top of my desk, which needs to have the best possible surface conditions (ie my desk's surface is polished wood, so it's very smooth) for the stand to attach. Even if the neck is oriented so that the center of gravity of the corresponding weight should be directly over the center of the suction cup (I'm a structural engineer so I know what I'm talking about) the glue will break. (the edge of the lifting tab on the suction cup) and the stand will fall off when you try to attach/detach/knock the phone. Overall I had to give 2 stars due to poor functionality which essentially defeats the purpose of this device. Yes, it wasn't designed for my particular application, but if you try to place it on your windshield or dashboard you will be at the mercy of this neck brace IF you want to use it. Pros: - Excellent quality. for the price -Excellent neck strength *Note Cons*Cons: -Poor adhesive and equally poor suction -The neck is a bit unnecessarily difficult to adjust but it can also be a plus as it ensures the neck doesn't deform under all circumstances. abrupt movement of the stand. I've only had it for two and a half weeks so time will tell before I can give an overall rating. I was only reviewing this product to point out an early issue you may be encountering.
