Unfortunately I was disappointed just a few days after we unpacked this beautiful hammock. Assembly: Was easy except one of the legs barely clicked into place and pressed against the plastic bracket that was supposed to hold it. on site. Application: Works like clockwork and our cat loved it, unfortunately after a few days it sagged and is now touching the base which is not very comfortable. I tried tying the corners twice but that didn't solve the problem. It requires a lot of product that could easily have 5 stars and is highly recommended. I was planning to get another for another room but unfortunately this saddens me. I'm hoping someone at Pidan can fix this and provide a replacement. Don't buy unless you're okay with it just becoming a sagging hammock that falls to the ground. My kitten is only 3 kg!
