Disappointed in MECOLOR's Scarce Inventory and Awful Support

I was eager to check out MECOLOR's website because I needed new workplace furniture. But dealing with the business was a frustrating and disappointing experience for me. First of all, while MECOLOR makes grand promises about the breadth of their product offerings, I didn't find that to be the case. I had a hard time finding storage furniture that suited my requirements and aesthetic tastes among the limited selection of cabinets, racks, and shelves. To make things worse, I received unhelpful and poorly communicated responses from their customer service team when I reached out to them for assistance. It was obvious that they had no intention of helping me or collaborating with me to find an answer. My experience with MECOLOR was negative enough that I would not suggest them to anyone looking for office furniture. Because of the restricted inventory and unhelpful staff, I felt disappointed and frustrated.

Pros
  • a variety of goods
Cons
  • greater costs than some rivals
