This shirt is very tight. I wear a medium shirt and it fits me very well. I feel like I need it to be in very good shape to wear in public. The material is 94 percent cotton, but has a synthetic feel due to spandex, which gives it bounce and stretch. The collar is a bit stiff so it protruded and didn't conform to the contours of my neck, but in use I expect to wear it. Pretty cool shirt, I would say if you have an athletic build it will look better because it shows your figure by being a bit tight around the rib cage.
