Tags to garment that are sewn in to show brand and size had been cut off with scissors or a razor as if the pants had been returned or used before I purchased them. You could see where the tag was sewn into the hymn of the waist, but was clearly cut off. I was unable to give as a gift because the garment did not appear new.
