I chose this computer for my girlfriend as the specs were pretty good, the price wasn't the worst and if something breaks in the computer the warranty will cover that and not the troubleshooting of parts if something breaks in a custom assembly . To get the computer up and running right away, they give you a quick start guide telling you to unpack the computer (they have protective foam inside to prevent movement and breakage during transport), plug everything in, and then update all the drivers. It's all good, but after that my girlfriend's computer randomly gave a blue screen while playing. This led to an extensive troubleshooting process that required me to do everything from reinstalling drivers to moving RAM slots. The blue screen dump file thought it was a hardware issue and I had to do everything in my power to try and stop it. Finally, after many days of headaches, I installed the latest BIOS on my computer, and voila! everything has been fixed. So if you're unsure about troubleshooting and flashing a new BIOS to match your favorite hardware, don't take this. Many pre-built computers come pre-built, but that wasn't the case. Other than that the computer is still good and you pay for what you expect. TLDR: Comprehensive bug fix to fix a random error resulted in a new BIOS being flashed on the computer. So if you don't want to do it yourself, consider another computer.
