Packaging The unpacking experience is very good. The headphones are presented in a molded case in a beautiful box. On the bottom are extra ear pads, a charging cable, and a carrying case. Yes, portable "can" is a round metal box about 1.5 inches high and 3 inches in diameter. This box will certainly protect your headphones despite being slightly larger than a regular soft case. Battery Life The reason I picked this particular model is because it claims a 12 hour battery life! I'm looking for Bluetooth headphones that someone can use almost constantly throughout the day without having to charge them. In my discharge test, the battery shows 40% after 11 hours of music playback at normal volume, according to a Connected iPhone Report. Playing music at 50% volume, I measured 15 hours of playback before the battery died. Now that I've used it under normal conditions, the battery definitely lasts a full day every day. Design and Fit Headphones and remote control are larger than traditional Bluetooth headphones. I assume they are large batteries. Headphones aren't too big to be uncomfortable. It still sits inconspicuously in the ears. I like setting up the memory wires, but like most other memory wires, it takes a bit of fine tuning to get it right. Once folded into shape, it helps the earcups stay in place and fits easily around the frame of my glasses. Sound quality First of all I find the sound quality to be average. I probably burned them for two days during a battery test. The soundstage is still not very wide. The bass is natural, not overdone. The highs are a bit harsh. After a break-in period, I give the sound a 2+, which is good for headphones in this price range. Overall this is a good buy, especially if you're looking for a pair of durable and comfortable in-ear headphones.
