This is a big improvement over the previous harness which was already good. The rubber shoulder pad is key to keeping the strap in place. The clip that attaches to the camera also has a new angled design that makes clipping the camera easier. On my old Blackrapid I made some adjustments to the hook to make it easier to photograph, but in this case it wasn't necessary. The only thing that confuses me is the size of the metal loop on the camera. I have a feeling it could be made a little smaller to not fit in my neoprene bag. They also added an extra plastic lock to prevent the camera hook from coming loose. I like to just take the camera off and on, and I don't have a really expensive full frame camera, so I just removed the plastic latch. Comes off easily. But a great option if you have a very expensive camera that you really don't want to drop. So far my camera has stayed on after a few rides without getting locked.
