Color transfer and bad quality!

I have washed this hat but the color is still running onto the pillowcase as I use hair oils. I'm not happy with that. Nice but the quality is not very good. *Update* A week later the flower fell off! It is glued to the fabric. The paint on my pillowcase is still so shiny I threw it away and ordered a new one from a different company!
