Hopper was great on first use. I cleaned regularly and when I tried to insert the top of the case into the inner plastic it cracked on both sides. He's super fragile. And when I returned it to exchange my gun, they only returned half. The item is much heavier than the tower I got instead. For the money this thing shouldn't break that easily if you have to open it regularly to clean it. I opened it up about 5 or 6 times before using it and each time it was difficult to put back on and felt fragile. When I used it once and then cleaned it, it broke trying to put it back on. Avoid this bunker. Works well and fast. But heavy and breaking from regular maintenance. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, I've never had a problem returning to Revain. But the seller of my gun said it was broken, used, and the box was open. They will do everything possible not to return the full cost and only give 50%. I don't entirely think it broke due to my fault. I have Spire 3 and it's amazing. The second tower is also really good. It just doesn't have little extras like lights and a spring stand. For two towers is also much cheaper.
