Overall I am happy with my purchase. I got a good deal from Revain Warehouse; The packaging was good and I received a practically new set of Speakman showerheads. The print is good and the quality is good. However, the installation process is a bit complicated. The shower head came in three separate boxes: the main shower head, connectors and a detachable shower head. There are separate instructions for the detachable shower head and the main shower head. The instructions do not indicate that these are separate documents. So I started installing the main shower head, only to find that the part I put on top of the shower head handle is just in case you want to use the main shower head yourself. There is another connector with a main shower holder and a detachable shower head holder. It was a minor annoyance. However, after receiving this square, leaks appeared in several places. I had to tighten the shower heads. Also, don't forget to put on a lot of Teflon tape. Also, I can't adjust the shower head. So I'm very frustrated, I'll work on this later today when I get home, but I wanted to write this for anyone who knows. Also, make sure you don't lose the small screw inside the package. You need it or there will be a massive leak, you'll see what I mean.
