Revainrating 1 out of 5

(updated) If you want an honest review from a good buyer:

Update (02/04/2020): It's been 5 months and this PC is still running strong . I've been playing on it for many hours and haven't noticed any drop in performance. I have upgraded my rating from 4 to 5 stars as it met all my expectations and even exceeded some. I wipe it down once a week with CompuCleaner 2.0 (which I highly recommend if you don't have one). - There is one area in this game that is ridiculously loaded with graphics. This is the only time this computer has shown voltage in all the games I've played on it. This is during a train ride through a very detailed city. At some point during driving it stutters for about 5-10 seconds and then goes back to normal. It's on maximum settings. If I reset the settings a bit I don't have this problem. Original Review (12/11/2019): I've had this PC for a month and a half now and it's handled everything I've thrown at it. Games, movies, music, work. In short, for you lazy shoppers, this computer is a steal for the price. The CPU and GPU give you the best settings in most AAA games. (Many games require more RAM, but RAM is cheap. I suggest you get it with this computer. It requires 8GB sticks with a maximum speed of 3200GHz.) The SSD will have enough games to give you the to facilitate entry. The PC is fast and agile. IMPORTANT NOTE. This computer works right out of the box, but I highly recommend it. We STRONGLY recommend that you do some research on the CPU and motherboard before attempting to download high demand games. There are some tools and component tweaks that will help you unlock the full potential of this system. I'm not a computer guru or anything. I was able to find and set up these things with relative ease. Upgrade your mouse and keyboard even though they are cheap and useless for gaming. For those of you who enjoy reading more, okay, so if you're like me, do your research before you spend big bucks on your toys. I tossed between pre-built systems for about 2 months before settling on this one. I'll tell you what: I'm pretty smart when it comes to technology. I may not know beforehand how some things work, but I find out quickly. I used a computer when I was younger (about 10 years ago), but I've been on the console ever since. I've only recently decided to return to PC for gaming. A lot has changed for them. So again I consider myself a newbie in this business. With this in mind, here is an honest test report for the somewhat knowledgeable PC buyer: First of all, you read horror stories about this PC in the negative test reports. READ THIS: EVERYTHING. Again, ALL technology you order online can arrive dead, broken, or unpackaged. All have a chance of missing components, some components may be dead or broken. Or even put the wrong components in them. It happens. It shouldn't, and it's uncomfortable, but the fact of the matter is that it does. Don't be put off by these reviews. I ordered it a month and a half ago and it was fine with me. GPU: 1660 got me through Path of Exile, Star Citizen and CoD:MW at max settings. I get about 2 hours in CoD before the GPU hits 65 degrees (with the case open for more ventilation). I haven't tried any of the games at maximum voltage yet, but I believe it will handle them at high or at least medium settings. Processor: It's fast and hasn't reached a temperature that makes me nervous. While suitable for all games. Power supply: no problems. The fork is very tight. Put it in there and make sure it's fully seated. Memory: 8GB. Good for low-end games, but you'll need 16-24GB total to play larger games. Ram is pretty cheap. WiFi: Can't really comment on that as the WiFi sucks in our house. Although a wired connection is great. Mouse/Keyboard: Burn them. You are useless. I'm using a CORSAIR K70 RGB MK.2 keyboard with a UtechSmart VENUS Pro RGB MMO wireless gaming mouse. Overdone in my opinion, but a great opportunity for an upgrade. BODY: I love this case. It's modern and elegant. The lights are strong and can be either hideous, like delighted, or set to a solid color. I prefer cool blue glow. (You can also turn them off if you're not a fun person.) Noise Pollution: The fans have two default settings from the chassis switch: silent mode and thermal cleaning mode. Quiet very quiet. Heat dissipation mode is good for removing excess heat from the case during long games. If you open the case door at the same time, everything in the case will cool down in 60 seconds. This mode is loud, but not intended for continuous use. Just to take the heat away. This case mixed with a Corsair RGB keyboard/mouse and some monster light effects in the room. I feel like those YouTube gamers. My friends aren't gamers, but when they come we usually end up in my room, listening to jams under cool, vibrant lights. Beautiful models appreciate it. What to note: The size of this suitcase is smaller than average. Installing updates requires planning. RAM is limited to 4 sticks of 8GB with a maximum speed of 3200MHz. (Sufficient for most games) There is only one Ethernet port. The GPU only has 1 HDMI port. All in all it was a great purchase. I'm having a lot of fun with it and very happy with my decision to get back into gaming. I also use this computer for work. (I work remotely from home). This multitasking is good. We're talking about 50 open tabs with live charts and such, while Spotify is streaming and Rainmeter is running and whatnot. Well, you understand. Just make sure you do your research on the components. Your compatibility with updates. Software for monitoring and tuning (overclocking, etc.). So you get the full range of its capabilities. HAVE FUN!
