Fits perfectly. There is a PITA to install because it is due to CAT and the car needs to be lifted. Should take a mechanic about 30-45 minutes. Note: Bank 1/Sensor 1 is FRONT/RIGHT This also applies to 2010 Lexus rx350 from 02/2010. What does that mean ? So you look at the 4th digit of your VIN and look at the letter. It must be B or more - B equals February, C equals March. Everything before A is the other part.
